By accessing or using the Rank My Business website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rank My Business.
Rank My Business provides premium website design, hosting, and ongoing maintenance services specifically for Australian real estate agents (“Services”). Our Services include:
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Current pricing is available on our pricing page and is subject to change for new subscribers.
Subscriptions are available on quarterly, 6-monthly, or yearly billing cycles. Payments are processed automatically via Stripe on the anniversary of your signup date.
All subscriptions are subject to a 2-year minimum hosting commitment. Early termination within the minimum term may be subject to a break fee equivalent to the remaining months at your subscribed rate.
The subscription rate at the time of your signup is locked in for the duration of your subscription, provided your account remains in good standing and payments are made on time.
As a subscriber, you agree to:
The website templates, code, design systems, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of Rank My Business. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the website for the duration of your active subscription.
You retain ownership of all content you provide (photos, logos, copy). By providing content to us, you grant Rank My Business a licence to use, display, and modify that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.
We aim to deliver your initial website within 7 business days of receiving your completed onboarding form and all required assets. Delivery times may vary based on complexity and completeness of provided materials.
Your subscription includes 3 custom updates per quarter. Updates include text changes, image swaps, layout adjustments, and minor design modifications. Major redesigns or structural changes may be quoted separately.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Rank My Business's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds and the 30-day money-back guarantee.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to make payment, or use the Services in a manner that is harmful, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
