1. The 30-Day Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Rank My Business website subscription for any reason within the first 30 calendar days from your initial payment date, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 30-day guarantee period:

  2. Provide your name, email address, and the reason for your request (optional — but helps us improve)
  3. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

3. What Happens After a Refund

  • Your website will be taken offline within 48 hours of the refund being processed
  • Any content, images, or data you provided during onboarding will be deleted from our systems within 30 days
  • If a custom domain was configured, DNS records will need to be updated on your end

4. After the 30-Day Period

After the initial 30-day guarantee period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. The standard cancellation process applies:

  • Provide 30 days' written notice to cancel your subscription
  • Your website will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • Early termination within the 2-year minimum term may be subject to a break fee (see our Terms of Service)

5. Exclusions

This refund policy does not cover:

  • Additional services or custom work quoted separately from the standard subscription
  • Domain registration fees (if applicable — domain purchases are non-refundable)
  • Third-party service fees that may have been incurred

6. Australian Consumer Law

This refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded under Australian law. If our services have a major failure, you are entitled to a refund regardless of this policy.
